Upon booking any service with DeeBella LLC, you are agreeing to all policies in place. DeeBella LLC is not at fault if any client have failed to read and understand said policies.

 

Payment Policy

  • Due to the nature of this business, payments for services must be made in FULL prior to the start of any project. Payments will be made through DeeBellaDesigns.com to DeeBella LLC.

  • All major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, PayPal, DeeBellaDesign GiftCards, Affirm, and AfterPay are  accepted.

  • DeeBella LLC is not responsible for additional cost such as:

    • Website domains (info@yoursite.com)

    • Email Accounts

    • Website Host Accounts (Wix, Shopify, etc)

 

Communication Policy

  • All communication between DeeBella LLC, Clients, and Potential Clients will take place via phone, email, or zoom.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response when emailing. For urgent needs, please send a text (prior and current clients only).

 

Design Policy

  • Once a service is purchased, clients must sign a Service Contract. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of services and a refund of 75% to the original form of payment.

  • The following is required prior to the start of any project

    • Logo

    • Brand Colors (For best results, clients should provide color codes for their brand. Otherwise, colors will be pulled from logo)

    • Product Images (High quality professional images are recommended for best results.)

    • Product Descriptions

    • Any Additional Images (3-5 Stock Images will be used if additional images not provided)

    • Website Transcript

 

Copyright Policy

  • DeeBella LLC withholds all rights to post any/all designs and showcase any completed project on social media platforms, and use within marketing materials.

 

Termination/Cancellation Policy

  • We strive to treat every client with respect and professionalism. DeeBella LLC have the right to refuse service or cancel service without refund at their discretion. This includes but is not limited to disrespectful or difficult clients, unresponsive clients, etc. DeeBella LLC will attempt to come to a common ground and reconcile as needed. Failed attempts to do so will result in cancellation of services.

  • Due to the nature of designing, once a project has begun it is non-refundable. The planning phase for a project will begin within 24 hours. Therefore, if you decide the service is no longer needed, please send an email to info@deebelladesigns.com immediately.

 

Ghosting Policy

  • DeeBella LLC strive to complete projects as expected according to the deadlines provided. We understand life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur. We ask for open communication in respect of each others time. Failure to communicate or inconsistent communication will result in services being forfeited and non-refundable.

    • More than 7 days - A restart fee of $50-$100 will become applicable if client decides to restart services. DeeBella LLC reserves the right to refuse continuation of services.

    • More than 14 days - A restart fee of $100-$150 will become applicable if client decides to restart services. DeeBella LLC reserves the right to refuse continuation of services.

    • More than 30 days - Your project will be forfeited without refund. Future services will be declined.

 

Revisions Policy

  • An allotted number of revisions or revision sessions will be provided for each service. This will be discussed prior to the start of any project. Clients are responsible for purchasing additional revision sessions if the limit is exceeded. Revisions may delay expected deadline dates.

 

Maintenance Policy

  • Clients will be responsible for maintaining their site after completion unless maintenance services are purchased. Maintenance Services

  • Why Do I Have To Pay For A Consultation?
    Part of the planning phase takes place during the consultation. In depth, we'll discuss and map out the DeeBella Designs experience and how it will work for you. The $20 consultation fee will go towards services purchased as long as the service is purchased within 45 days.
  • What Are Revision Sessions?
    A web design revision session is a meeting or consultation between a client and a web designer to discuss and make changes to a website design before it is finalized and launched. During the revision session, the client provides feedback on the initial design and the web designer makes adjustments to the layout, content, and functionality of the website based on the client's input. The goal of a revision session is to ensure that the website design meets the client's expectations and requirements before it is launched to the public. All services include 2 revision sessions. If revisions are exceeded, you may purchase additional revision sessions.

  • How do you handle client communication during projects?
    We utilize a combination of emails, scheduled check-ins, and project management tools to keep communication streamlined and transparent throughout the design process.

  • Are There Any Additional Cost?
    In addition to your design fee, there may be additional cost before you're able to get started. For web design services, you will have to pay for your host, domain, email, additional apps (Shopify), etc. Please see host websites for additional information. Canva offers a free and paid option. Paid option is NOT mandatory for Canva related services unless otherwise stated.
  • What is the turn around time?

  • Can I roll over unused design hours to the next month?
    While we appreciate your enthusiasm to maximize your design hours,we do not allow rollovers. The intention is to ensure each month brings you the freshest and most dedicated design support, making your creative journey as impactful and efficient as possible.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy
    Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, there will be no cancellations or refunds provided. As a client, you are responsible for providing all necessary information and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project can proceed smoothly. In the event that you are not satisfied with the final product, we will make every effort to revise and make necessary changes until you are satisfied with the outcome. Please note that our team puts in a significant amount of time and effort into each project, and we are committed to providing high-quality work that meets your expectations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Termination Policy
    We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause delays or hinder communication during the web design process. However, in the event that a client becomes inconsistent with communication, unresponsive, or fails to provide required content, we reserve the right to terminate the project. Additionally, if a client displays any form of inappropriate behavior or rudeness, we reserve the right to terminate the project as well. Please note that terminating a project due to any of the aforementioned reasons will result in the forfeiture of any payments made towards the project. We take our work seriously and are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We expect the same level of professionalism and respect from our clients.
